To safeguard the privacy of individuals any postings including information that may identify individual's offline will be removed.

The delivery service is available all over Malta and is strictly available to all orders placed via our website. Please ensure that all contact details are filled in prior to placing the order as it may delay the actual delivery date.

All returns are to be made at our store in Paola. Receipt is to be presented. Upon validation of the return, a credit note will be issued.
All returns must be effected within three (3) working days from delivery. They must be returned in exact condition, and originally sealed.
For hygienic purposes, all make-up and cosmetics cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
The credit note will be deducted from the next order done at HS.
Although HS aims to offer you the best service possible, HS makes no promise that the services at the Site will meet your requirements. HS cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free.
If a fault occurs in the service, you should report it to the Customer Services (see below for contact details) or by email at info@HS.com.mt and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. HS will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
HS may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms.
